Impression Obsession Product Focus - Stencils

The Impression Obsession team has some projects to share today featuring our stencils! So far, any stencils you have purchased from IO have been designed by me, and I thank you from the bottom of my heart! 💓 

The finch is my newest layered stencil set - this is a 4 layer set that is easily oriented from one corner. (This is flipped from the graphics in the store - I love that little bit of versatility for your card design - face him left or right!) As always, I recommend numbering the layers in the same corner so you get them down in the right order and orientation. For this card I used brown inks and a little black brushed from bottom to top on the darker areas of the bird and the branches, and then yellow and a little orange for the head and breast. I did use a black pen to darken the eye a little bit, and added a small white dot for a highlight to give him a little more life. 

I used the cloud/grass stencil on this card too - it is very easy to rotate the stencil for different cloud formations!  I used a sheet from my Forest Floor paper pack and a sentiment from one of my new clear sets too.
