Splitcoast tutorial: Slatted Basket

This week's tutorial over on Splitcoast is an adorable Slatted Basket - they could be made for any occasion, but I thought mine would be fun for Easter!

I've been wanting to try one of these bunny butts with oval dies - the body and feet are dies from Spellbinders. The toe pads are actually holly berries from an MFT stocking set, and the hearts are from Impression Obsession.

As with many of my foldy projects, my basket has some... issues... and those would have been avoided had I watched the video before jumping into the project. If you're planning to make one, be sure to watch the video to be sure you do things in the right order, and your basket will be so much better than mine! I do love that bunny though!

Crazy week... I hit the ground running as usual after my trip. Thanks to those who have asked about my progress with Lyme - I am definitely improving and feeling more energetic every day. My anxiety level has dropped, along with my blood pressure, and other issues are normalizing too. I'm very encouraged!
Thanks for stopping by!
