Impression Obsession DT Challenge: Red, White & Blue

The Impression Obsession team's challenge today is to create a card using the colors red, white, and blue.

 I chose one of my new images called Sail Collage, and colored it with Derwent Watercolor Pencils. The background panel was stamped using a new Cover-a-Card stamp, Rolling Waves. There's a little white Flower Soft in the water, too. One of my kids' favorite books is called Red Sails to Capri - that was my inspiration!
