Impression Obsession - more August kit projects
We're back for a 2nd day of projects using this month's stamp kit from Impression Obsession! I wanted to show off this poinsettia image with some more July release products, and give you a closer look at one of my new paper packs! I'd love to know what you think about these, and of course if you have ideas for future designs or themes please let me know!
I colored the poinsettia here with Copic markers and deepened the shadows with a colored pencil. It's a great match with the poinsettia papers, and the poinsettia stencil! Can you see it embossed on the background panel? Those fine lines are so perfect for this technique - I may just have to use it for Christmas cards this year!
For my second card, I stamped the poinsettia at different angles along the side of the panel using a light brown ink. I used an older die for a simple layered sentiment.
Here is a closer look at the paper pad I used!
