Mix-Ability - Hearts + Inchie Arts
This week's Mix-Ability challenge is to include lots of hearts on our mixed media projects. I began with 4 white 1.5" Art Squares from Inchie Arts and ran each through my Big Shot with this die from Impression Obsession:
Heart of Hearts |
The die can't cut through the thickness of the matboard, but cuts an impression into it. I colored the squares with a Touch Twin Marker then colored in the heart outlines with Prismacolor Pencils and a white acrylic marker.
I scored and sanded lines around the squares on my card base (duplex cardstock from Penny Black). the sentiment comes from this Zenspirations set.

Fabulous. I love all the hearts.
ReplyDeleteWhat a clever card using the die to make the inchies. The impressions turned out perfect. Pink is one of my favorite colors.
ReplyDeleteSuch a cool idea. I love the way they are colored to look like patterned paper.
ReplyDeleteI love this card too! I keep coming back and looking at it. I love how you used the inchies and colored the hearts from the IO die. And I love the scored lines too. Great job! Thanks for sharing.
