I love love LOVE the Hydrangea set! So much detail in these dies, and I am a detail girl!! Here's my card, and a bit of my creative process.
I love those teeny flowers and I love that they are all on one die - can't stand having to cut teeny shapes one at a time! I think this was 4 cuts worth of flowers, in case you want to recreate this effect.
I first diecut the flower base, and embossed it with a Tim Holtz folder for some texture.
I pressed each flower into a foam pad so they would have some dimension.
Next, I layered the stem over the flower base, dotted a bunch of Tacky Glue around, then used tweezers to position the individual flowers on the base.
Flowers all in place...
I used a Viva Pearl Pen to add teeny pearl centers to each flower.
That's it! The sentiment comes from the accompanying clear set.
