Vintage Postcard

It's been a while since I played along with any of the challenges at Splitcoast, so I thought I'd try the sketch challenge this week (SC375)...
I took a huuuuuuge liberty with the circle element, and used a Twinchie Square instead... I colored the background using Touch Twin Markers and this technique - I love the soft distressed look that gives on these Matteboard squares. The stamps I used are my designs from Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps' March release - Vintage Postcard and Friendship Script Background.
I have some new embossing folders that I picked up from Eclectic Paperie at a great price... love this swirly one!

Here's a close up on the Twinchie Square:
Hope you've had a great week! I'm looking forward to a visit from my Dirty Dozen sister Pat Smethers tomorrow!!
Thanks for stopping by!
