Streams of Living Water

Back to life....we spent the last week preparing for and then attending a conference here at our campus for coworkers from our region - it was an incredible experience to be with believers from 5 different tribes - in all, 8 languages were represented, numerous churches and even more outreaches. Just a little taste of heaven! Here's a quick card using Our Daily Bread designs' new set called "Quiet Waters" - I was going for a delft look on the whole scene, but my deers ended up looking like they were wearing sunglasses, so I had to switch directions a little bit! Ended up with this though. The scene is watercolored, with Shimmerz on the water.

Sooo....back to life...the kids have a few more weeks of school to finish up, which I think we'll all drag through, since we'd rather be feeling relieved after all these busy weeks! Some of the students are working to build a shed and carport on the back of our house, so that means a car will be sitting in it soon - yay!!!!! It has been hard to just rely on a little motorcycle for our family's transportation all this time.
