hmm, didn't see that coming!

I tried to set at a weird angle today during volleyball and I'm pretty sure I sprained my thumb...it hurts really bad! I iced it right away and DH wrapped it up so it can't move (which hurt worse - I didn't cry until then...). It could be worse...I'm left handed and it is my right thumb, but it does make it hard to do many of the things I typically spend more time on - typing, stamping, cooking...

Sigh...I laughed at the thought that we are systematically "field testing" the health book...
