eye doctor
We took our 4 year old to the eye doctor, and he did soooo good...the doctor confirmed that he is very far-sighted (weird since all my family is near-sighted). They had to order frames for him that were a bit shorter than what they had in stock, so we will pick up his little and very cute glasses next week. Cuts it close with our departure date, but I'm happy that we were able to realize a problem, and that he will see so much more clearly soon! It's funny to think that he probably doesn't realize that he doesn't see well, because that's all he's ever known. Maybe he will listen better when he can see us up close? I've been afraid since he was born that he would have to wear glasses, because his little ears are square-ish, and angled down instead of up...I'll post pictures when he gets them!
I like the new look to your blog and banner. So what made you take him to the eye doctor. Did you have suspicions?
ReplyDeleteMy son has always worn glasses since he has been 1 yrs old. It's amazing, he's very far sighted as well. Your son will love that he'll be able to see up close..what a difference. Now he doesn't go anywhere without them. He is 7 now. Good luck.
ReplyDeleteIt's wonderful you found out about needing glasses before he goes to school. It will be exciting to see and hear him once he puts the glasses on.
ReplyDeleteExcellent read, I just passed this onto a colleague who was doing some research on that.
ReplyDeleteAnd he just bought me lunch since I found it for him smile Therefore let me rephrase that: Thank you for
lunch!
I've been surfing online more than 3 hours today, yet I never found any interesting article like yours.
ReplyDeleteIt is pretty worth enough for me. In my opinion, if
all web owners and bloggers made good content as you did, the web will be much more useful than ever before.
