happy for you!

My stamping desk is all packed up and disassembled... *sniff*...*sigh*...but I still have a few things to share that I made before I had to tuck everything away.

Here's a RAK for a friend who just announced her pregnancy - I love how this turned out. Sooooo girly. Stamp credits - bird: Art Impressions; Happy (birthday!) and (just) for you! : Biblical Impressions. I was pretty impressed with myself for coming up with the saying. (heh, heh) Loooooove that Stamp-a-ma-jig! I drew the branch in myself. New watermark too!

We'd been discussing blending Prismacolor pencils using baby oil during pregnancy to avoid the affects/fumes of the OMS, so that's how I colored this card. The technique is similar to blending with OMS, using paper stumps. When I have time I'll collect some more info and thoughts here - just haven't gotten to it yet. There have been a few threads of discussion on SCS over the last year on this too.

Enjoy!
