Winnie-the-Pooh fabric - new Spoonflower shop!

I've had a goal since last year of getting some of my designs onto fabric and I'm happy to finally be able to direct you to my Spoonflower shop! I've started with a Winnie the Pooh design that you've seen in my Classic Pooh paper pack, in several different colors and scales for a variety of projects.

I'll build up my design collection as I'm able! I have a lot of art to work with. To assure quality, Spoonflower requires their artists to print and approve a proof of each design, and I love that extra layer of field testing and sense of investment. That also means I have a swatch for all 33 of these items! If you're unfamiliar with Spoonflower, they have a huge variety of fabric types to choose from, from lightweight cotton to soft fluffy fleece, as well as wallpapers and some other different substrates. You can also choose a design to be used on premade home decor items, like pillows, blankets, tea towels and more. (Click here for examples of all that can be made with one of the designs.)

I made a cute little shoulder/crossbody bag with one of my swatches, mixing it up with upcycled and thrifted fabrics as I love to do. I'm excited to make more of these! I had my swatches printed on Spoonflower's Dogwood Denim fabric, which is a beautiful textured heavy weight.

The other pieces of the bag are salvaged quilt blocks, two pairs of reclaimed pants, upholstery samples, a pillow case, and a thrifted belt.

I've already had inquiries, and worry not - I will make more of these! I had so much fun putting this together.

Hope you're having a great week!
