Impression Obsession Monthly Kit - May 2022
I hope you've had a chance to check out this month's red rubber kit at Impression Obsession! I used it last week to make a sample for the tutorial at Splitcoaststampers - it's an easy fold with fun pop-out panels to decorate inside.
I did my stamping in purple Versafine Clair ink, then watercolored the images with QoR paints and added a little water misting and stenciling in the background. It was a perfect format for a mother's day card (which arrived in Idaho late, after a weird visit to Alabama!).
Check out our team's creations with the May Limited Edition red rubber stamp set May 4th – 11th for more inspiration! You can find a list of participants on the Impression Obsession Blog each day through the event. We will be giving away THREE Impression Obsession $25 gift certificates for the event - so the more you comment through our Release Celebration the more chances to win!
All comments for each of the event days will be open until Tuesday May 16th at 8pm CT. All winners will be announced on Wednesday May 17h on the Impression Obsession Blog.

ReplyDeleteFunny, or not so funny sometimes, how the mail travels. Anyway, I love how you pulled this card together with the patterned paper and lavender mat. The main image is so so pretty. Your watercoloring is something for me to aspire to.
ReplyDeleteLove how you used the patterned paper as one of your mats; the perfect complement. Your watercoloring is something for me to aspire to.
