#spreadjoynotgerms Blog Hop
I hope you're ready for some inspiration and cheer today! So many of us are struggling with depression and are grasping at every small glimmer of joy. Well, if you're staying home and NOT spreading germs, this blog hop is for you! Nearly 150 bloggers around the world are sharing projects to spread a little happiness, hence the hashtag #spreadjoynotgerms - and not only handmade cards, but prizes!
If you're already hopping, you should have arrived here from Sanna's blog. If not, you might want to start at the Catherine Pooler Designs blog to take it from the top! The full list of blogs will be there, too, in case you need to take a break, or get lost along the way.
You may be new to my blog, so I'll tell you a little about me! I have my own line of stamps, and I'm the Artist in Residence at Splitcoaststampers, among other roles behind the scenes. I love to create, and I love sharing what I learn in the process! Hi!
I'm also one of the hop sponsors today! I have an online store where you'll find prints of my original artwork as well as jewelry and other items - if you're participating in the hop today, you'll have the opportunity to win one of two $10 gift codes to my store, so feel free to pop over there and take a peek! I hope you like what you see. Grab a discount code by clicking below!
Here are a couple of my best sellers, designed especially for stampers!
Purse Charm - Paper Crafter Card Maker Stamper |
Charm Bangle Bracelet - Paper Crafter Card Maker Stamper |
I'm just one of 31 sponsors of the hop! I hope you'll check out a few of the others - every little bit helps these small companies "during this trying time"!
Whimsy Stamps has several free digital stamps that are perfect for thanking a medical professional - I colored this one up with Copic markers and added in a tiled floor with a mechanical pencil.
Check out Taylored Expressions for lots of uplifting stamps as well as stencils and dies and other products. For this card I used their Rainbow Cutting Plate with a faux inlay technique - the rainbow sections are colored with Copic markers and lightened with a white colored pencil toward the top. What's more cheery than a rainbow?
PRIZE INFO
Prizes will be randomly drawn from all the blogs and all the comments, so the more comments you leave along the hop, the more chances you have to win! Some of the companies are offering additional discounts and freebies in their posts, so look out for those along the way. You'll need to comment by April 24th to be eligible for prizes; winners will be announced on Monday, April 27 on Catherine Pooler's blog and the Hedgehog Hollow blog. You can also check their blogs for the full list of prizes!! All the sponsors are listed below.
