Impression Obsession Spring Die Release Day 1

Just wanted to make sure you'd all seen the new die release over at Impression Obsession - there are some really fun new spring designs to choose from! Go take a peek - I'll wait! Gotta tell ya, we all went a little crazy with these adorable new animal die sets from our newest artist Anna Wight - they are so cute just as is, but have lots of fun options for combining as well! And you know me... I can never just leave anything as is.

 This little sheep is actually done with the Smart Piggy die set - he just wanted to be a sheep today! For his wooliness I cut the spots from the Frog die set three times in some stencil film to make a little stencil, then brushed my lightest grey ink to add some texture.

This tag set is adorable too - I love the finished look with the stitched edging. Both of these tags were made from strips of paper that collect next to my trimmer.

I didn't mix sets here, but I did put this little terrier in a fun playful pose by placing his tail in the air and dropping his head down. This is what my Mona does when she wants to play! Caught her mid-yawn the other day when I was out looking for signs of spring.
