If you've been waiting for the Layered Pinecone clear set, it is back in stock again! So thrilled that you all are loving this set so much. I did this card above a couple of weeks ago, and it's done using just 2 of the layers (the first in Tan ink and the 3rd image in Caramel). I've shared several different looks with the set, and I love that this simpler approach works without all the layers added!

To make my second card, I stamped four pinecones at once, one in each corner of a 6" square of cardstock. That gave me plenty of room for all my stamping, the layers were already aligned in the MISTI, and the pinecones were easy to cut out with the matching Pinecone die. If I remember right, these pinecones were stamped with IO Hybrid inks: Tan, Caramel, and Brown, and then the darkest layer with a purple dye ink from ColorBox. That stencil in the background is this gorgeous Pine Cone Doily from A Colorful Life Designs!

You can see how I did the stamping for these cards in my Wreath Stamping tutorial on Splitcoast!

Just going to tuck this graphic in too, since I had a request for it yesterday - here is how the layers line up as you move from the top to the bottom of the set. That last layer lines up toward the bottom of the pinecone - it always takes me a little longer to place.

Thanks for stopping by!
