Impression Obsession Fall/Winter Die Release Day 2
In case you missed my post yesterday, here's a link to the new die release over at Impression Obsession - these are just in time for lots of fun holiday cards and crafts!
For my card today I used the new Snowflake 6 die. I first cut the die into my background, using a piece of clear contact paper to keep all the inner cuts in place while I removed the snowflake outline. I cut a snowflake out of white cardstock and inlaid the base panel, then cut a second white snowflake and laid it over the first one, turning it slightly so the two would over lap.
The sentiment I used is here: Soft Place cling stamp

ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful dreamy card. What makes me happy? Oh so many things. 1, when hubby comes home from work (sometimes I'm happy when he goes to work too lol) 2, when my son comes visiting, 3, sitting down and reading a great book. 4, doing some uninterrupted cardmaking. 5, oh I could go on lol.

ReplyDeleteGorgeous card and snowflake die!!! My only child, a senior in high school makes me very happy. Especially now, cause fall is marching season for the high school band and we've been the biggest band parents you could ever find. I'm uniform mom and my hubby is the prop dad, and I don't know what we're going to do when he graduates!!! This has been as much a part of our lives as its been his, but we wouldn't change it for the world!!!
ReplyDeleteI love how you used the snowflake die on this card.
ReplyDeleteDoing any type of crafts makes me happy. I was able to get over a severe case of depression thanks to my crafts.
Yep, must have those snowflakes
