Splitcoast Tutorial: Decorative Corner Card
Today's tutorial over on Splitcoast is such a fun one! It's a Decorative Corner Card - a really clever design with a panel that stands out from the card center when the card is displayed.
This is the card sample that I made for the tutorial video, using stamps from my new Winter Silhouettes clear set and dies from Impression Obsession. I used my MISTI to get a good dark impression with the silhouette stamp and added more details with the same Distress ink.
Here you can see the structure of the card - I had so much fun making these and they look so lovely on display.
For this second card I used two hinges to add the snowflake die cuts to the fold - this die set is really versatile, with the separate outline and cutout pieces.

I'm on my way home today and looking forward to a day of giving thanks with my family! I hope you have a wonderful weekend. Many thanks to you for all the ways you encourage me!!
