Splitcoast Tutorial - Never-Ending Card

Today's tutorial is a fun interactive card, known as the Never-Ending Card. This card has some special folds that allow it to flip and turn to reveal 4 different faces. It's actually quite easy to assemble the base, and really fun to flip - flip - flip! See?!

I wanted to make a smaller card that would fit in a regular envelope, so i adjusted the measurements from Lynn's instructions. I cut my card panels at 2 1/4" x 4 1/2", then made my score lines at 1 1/8" from each end.

The decorating of the panels was what undid me, and it took me about 3 hours to get everything turned the right direction... there should be a warning label for crafters with jetlag. :) I won't tell you how many panels I had to fix... I kept turning my base sideways... then backwards...

Also, please pretend that any distressed areas of the card were meant to be that way. *curtsy*

Oh - all the stamps and dies I used are from Taylored Expressions. These are the 4 faces of my completed card (honestly... some of these might be sideways too...)

The finished product is so much fun though - it was worth the process. Hope you'll try it out!
 Thanks for stopping by!

  1. I love these cards but never send them cause I think they need to be explained, lol. Great for kids too.
