LoveFest

To celebrate our 10 member companies, Splitcoast hosts an annual event called LoveFest - It’s a fun 11-day event full of challenges and prizes. If you’d like to play along and get to know our member companies, I hope you’ll join us! Each day there will be a new challenge to complete, in one of the member company forums. We’re kicking it off today with a challenge from the Splitcoast Team (that’s me, Lydia and Lori!) You can find all the details in the Challenges Forum.

I used a stamp from Penny Black for my focal panel – the image is watercolored using Shinhan Premium Watercolors, and I added some Flower Soft to the basket for a little texture and detail. The hexagon dies I used are from Quickutz/Lifestyle Dies. 

The crocheted lace is from The Stamp Simply Ribbon Store… loved the way it matched my color-blocked background (another one that came together while I was cleaning my desk). The button is ‘threaded’ with 2 narrow strips of paper.
