Impression Obsession DT Challenge: Favorite Technique

The Impression Obsession team's challenge today is to create a project using a favorite technique.

CL503 Watercolor Wildflowers
I love to watercolor, and finally got my set of these watercolor stamps, which were created from my own watercolor paintings.

I inked the flower and leaf stamps with Versamagic chalk ink, then spritzed them with water before stamping.

While the impression was still wet, I touched dye inks into the image to add shading.

Further layers of color and shading were added after each layer was dry, using reinkers and a water-soluble graphite pencil.

The sentiment can be found HERE.
