Impression Obsession - All About the Dies - Day 1

For the next 3 days, the Impression Obsession designers will be sharing lots of ideas for using IO dies!   You can visit the I.O. Blog each day of the hop for links to the previews. Make sure to comment on all our blogs and the I.O. Blog for a chance to WIN!  Each day one winner will get three dies of their choice!!

I wanted to create a little vignette for this new ornament set (the link is below) so I shaped some pine branches, and grouped them under a fun bow. The lines on the ornament are actually made with the cord from the Christmas Light die set - I think this would be a cute border on a sewing themed card, streamers for a birthday or New Year card, or even as a trail for a butterfly or bee! I used a Spellbinders embossing folder to add some texture to my background panel, and the highlights on the ornament were drawn in with a Pitt pen (white India ink).
