Impression Obsession DT Challenge: Nature Inspired

The Impression Obsession team's challenge today is to create a card inspired by nature.

This idea popped into my head a few weeks ago, and I had to try it out - a nest on a branch. I snipped across the wreath die and shaped it, then used the roundish center cutout as a base for my nest, cutting to the center of it first, and overlapping the edges slightly into a shallow cone. The 'eggs' are paper beads, rolled from an elongated triangle of designer paper.

The flowers on the branches are made with the Fence Border die - you can find a tutorial for this fun technique HERE.
