Inchie tiles

I'm finally catching up to my mail and getting to use some of the Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps sets released in February... now that the March sets are being previewed! This is one of Korin's sets called Butterfly Flourish, and the sentiment is from the Morning Glory set... I arranged 9 white Inchie Squares and secured them each with a small dot of glue onto a piece of scrap cardstock, then stamped the image over the grid and colored it in with Touch markers. Some of the coloring was done with marker ink, painted using a waterbrush filled with rubbing alcohol. These are the colors that I used:

I sat down Tuesday and worked on projects for some upcoming challenges and posts - it felt soooooooooo good to have a space to create, and even just to create at all after almost a month of craziness. I'll be needing to work ahead while we're settled, so I'm glad to have some dedicated space. The apartment we are in is cozy (6 of us in 2 bedrooms...) but we are making it work, and so thankful that we are able to have a furnished place so close to the church.

Thanks for checking on me!

Thanks for stopping by!
