Impression Obsession Challenge - Red, White, and Blue

Our challenge as a design team this week was to create a red, white and blue card using Impression Obsession stamps. I thought immediately of this Raggedy Ann stamp - perfect! The image is colored with Prismacolor pencils, and a layer of Burgundy Shimmerz over the heart. I made a template to cut the decorative edge, and stamped the blue panel with a Leigh Hannan Flourish stamp. Be sure to check out the rest of the team's red-white-blue creations as they post throughout the day!
