OK, I lied. And some free stuff. :)

I said I was going to post some ODBD sneak peeks, but I have some smARTworks stamps to give away, so I want to post that instead! Forgive me? :)

I found myself a bit in a color rut yesterday. I just grabbed the couple sheets that were on top of the 12"x12" box, and they were brown and olive. I like brown and olive! Good thing, huh.

First project is an International Coffees tin - I covered it with a strip of paper, then created the teapot using the Teapot Trios set from smARTworks. The teapots are both the same, stamped using Versamagic chalk inks. Be sure to use a Stamp-a-ma-jig or other stamp positioner for best results with the Trios sets!

The card was fun to make - all scraps and squares, except for the clipping from some old dictionary page vellum I've hoarded for a while. :)

I have a set of Teapot Trios stamps to give away!

Leave a comment on this post and I'll draw a name on Wednesday, June 18th...after I get home from taking my kids to get their typhoid shots!

For another chance to win smARTworks stamps, visit Susan's blog, In the Works, and tell her your favorite kind of bird!

  2. Would these stamps ever be great for my sister. She says that nothing makes her feel any better than a nice cup of hot tea out of a pretty teapot. These are perfect. Thanks for the chance. I have never seen this set. Good luck to the kids with their typhoid shots. Hope they don't get sore.

  15. I love what you have done with the tea pot set. We have a tea shop here called Serenteas that has wonderful tea that you can smell and have a sample brew before you buy. I have some friends I go with to the store and that set would make some lovely cards as gifts for them.

  17. Love these creations!! I kind of collect tea pot and tea cup stamps but haven't come across many these last few years. In fact, my kitchen is decorated in old tea pots. These would make great gifts and I do love to bless other people with cards and gifts. Thank you for sharing - and you are forgiven - it is understandable! Keep up the wonderful inspirations and God bless!

    Blessings to you, Dina!!
