Refuge
This card came together pretty quickly, using some scraps on my desk from another project I can't share quite yet (*wink*)!
The layout is from Julee's Mojo Monday challenge for the week - I've been really thankful for sketch challenges this week, since I have considerably less time to play lately.
Stamp credits:
Lighthouse: when I purchased it, it was Stender Designs. This line has since been purchased by Peddler's Pack. The verse is from My Heart Stamps for You - I love how it fits right in my circle punch! The scene is colored with Prismacolor pencils.
We had about all the students over last night for soft pretzels, a movie, and singing. It was good - we're not especially entertaining people, but it felt good just having people around. And mmmmmmm...pretzels! When we moved overseas I carefully stowed a jar of precious pretzel salt, knowing I wouldn't be able to get it here...and this was the first time in 2 years we've used it! I may make them again this weekend just for us - we had so many people over I made them tiny to make sure there'd be enough. Need to make us some big ones and break out the mustard!
Beautifully done!
