jumping for joy!
We found out this week that some sweet friends of ours are expecting #4, so had to make another "happy for you" card to send along to them with a coworker.
I love love love this bunny stamp - I don't know who made it, but it was a loooooong time ago - this is one of the first stamps I ever owned, back when I was probably in junior high - glory, maybe almost 20 years ago?! It's old, baby! It's not even indexed on the top - it's one of those old mounts where the index was paper, under a plastic sleeve that fits over the block. But I love it! Sweet bunny, and he just captures a spirit of joy that I can't get over. The saying is 2 stamps combined again, from a TAC set - the "happy" from "happy happy birthday" and the "for you" from "hooray for you!".
I love this layout and you'll see it a lot over the next few posts, at least the same basic panels. This was the layout I used for my mass prod card bases, inspired by this card by megastamper. Mmm, love that card! Lots of fun layers.
Soooooo thrilled today - DH came home with a new Bible for me today! I have been trying to use a local Bible for meetings, etc. but I have such a hard time keeping up, trying to remember what the English says...all the words start swimming around on the page! ...so this Bible is a parallel with the English in NIV! (we have another parallel Bible but it's not "mine" and the English is not a version I'm used to.) So happy to have that now - we've advanced to a certain level in our language, but the area I need to dive into to have a deeper ministry here is spiritual terms, and this will really help.
This is so adorable, it is a great image and it is to bad that it is not avialable anymore. Its such a happy joyous card.
