Spellbinders March Large Die Kit

I have always loved bunnies, so I was happy to see that Spellbinders included lots of them in this month's club kits

The focus of the kit is actually a sweet Easter basket die (shown below, and I'll share another project with it soon!), but these bunnies had my heart, so I made a little scene for them to star in. My card base panel was cut with the largest oval from this new kit, and I also cut a folded card with the same die (overlapping the fold line). I inked the panel with Distress Oxide inks, did a little splattering with water, ink, and diluted white paint, then added in some grass with a Copic marker.

The bunnies are colored with Copics too, and I did a little detail work with colored pencils and a fine gel pen. I love how their little arms are cut out for holding things! They're really cute hung over the edge of the basket, too.

The little sentiment words are from the Glimmer kit, which is a fun Easter theme as well. I used silver foil on those - you can see how that shines above.

Here is the kit - there is also a little tabbed die that you can use to connect two basket die cuts together to make them stand and actually function as a little basket...... and that die can be used with any number of solid dies to make standing pieces, boxes, popups, or whatever your mind conceives! Cool little piece.

And here are the club details, if you're interested! My favorite perks are the extra sales and the 10% discount on the Spellbinders site!
