This image was inspired by one of my paintings, called Held - you might remember me posting about it when I was working on it, or maybe you've seen the print in my store...
I colored this image in with Copic markers - I'll share the colors I used below. I used a combination of direct blending and some palette blending with an alcohol-filled waterbrush... you can see that technique in the video.
These are the Copics I used:
Here's a quick video showing the coloring process - it's sped up 400% but you can see how easy it is to blend on the Canva-Paper, and the techniques I used for blending and adding texture.
This is the paper I'm using - it is a heavy weight multimedia paper with some beautiful canvas texture. As I mention in the video, it's great for watercolor media, alcohol markers, digital stamps, and even acrylic paint.
I.O. products I used: Held, I Love You Background, All-in-One Frames - Rectangles 2

ReplyDeleteOh, my gosh Dina! I saw someone's blog yesterday where they had used this stamp and I immediately ran to the IO website to find it. I bought three of these prints awhile back and love love love them. Now I can actually HAVE the stamp! Not that I will be able to do justice to it, but I can try !!! Thanks!!!
