Splitcoast Tutorial: One-Layer Paper Tole

It's my turn to share a tutorial over on Splitcoast and this week it's One-Layer Paper Tole! This is one of my favorite techniques for adding dimension to a colored image without adding layers - I really hope you'll try it!

    It's so interesting, Dina!! And now that I've watched your video and discussion about Tole, I know that I have 2 framed ones somewhere made for me by a very special lady, Mrs. Glass, some 40 or so odd years ago. And it was several layers of the same print, a picture of butterflies.
