Flower Soft Sprinkle Challenge: Think Pink

This week's Flower Soft Sprinkle challenge over at SCS (FSC06) is to use Flower Soft on your project with the theme, "Think Pink!" We'd love to have you join us. You'll see lots of 'pink' themed things around this month, in recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness month! I used an image from I Brake for Stamps called Girl Picking Flowers... this is an image I had wanted for a long time, and it's so perfect with Flower Soft! I used Derwent watercolor pencils to color in the scene, then used a combination of Baby Pink, Heather, and Ivory Flower Soft for the flowers. I sprinkled fine glitter over the area while the glue was still wet - I love the sparkle!

The sentiment is from The Angel Company (TAC).

Not sure what to do with myself today! When I get like this (lots to do and don't know where to start) I start twiddling with my blog design... so I made some changes today. Let me know what you think!

Thanks so much for stopping by!

  1. I like the *tweak* :) You sound like me....when I have too many things to do, I go do something else that wasn't even on the list! :) I am the queen of procrastination. Actually I tell myself I work better under pressure :) heheheh. Don't forget you have a stamp set to give away yet :) There ya go...one more thing to do! ><>

  2. I like your new blog look...very clean and organized. The cards pop! Your little girl card is sweet. I think you should post the other pink, Flower Soft card with the Mo Manning image that I saw in your gallery on SplitCoast. It made me smile with that fun image and your fabulous coloring :)
