Salt in your tea?

{Actually salted sweet tea here is a common home remedy for upset stomach...not sure that it has any effect on the illness, but it probably has potential as a subsitute for a rehydration drink...anyway...}

Donelda is our smARTworks Tea Party hostess and she's challenged us to create a Salt Background this time around. There are 2 versions of this technique that I know of, so here are instructions for each:
