another quick tea card

Another quick and simple card with another "fall back" layout - If you missed them before, you can see a couple other uses of this layout here:

Rejoice
and Again I Say Rejoice!

Fun, quick, simple, cute. This is a great layout for a shaker card too.

Birthday Shakers

I'm thinking of making a bunch of sets of these for Christmas presents, just to use up a bunch of patterned paper and ribbon before we go home.

It'd be cute turned horizontally too, come to think of it. Anyone want to try?

Anyway, here's that mini tea set from My Heart Stamps For You again. I punched it out with a scalloped square punch, then punched around the edge with a 1/16" punch for a little eyelet lacey look. Prismacolor pencils, blended with the colorless blender pencil, and a dot of yellow acrylic paint in the center of each blossom.

[If you're following my house help saga, my main girl did come back yesterday, alone. She said she had been ready to come back Thursday, but was waiting for her friend to be ready to come back...but though she said she wanted to work, she kept giving excuses why she couldn't go. So...I have one girl...who starts back to college today...so I have her in the evenings and about 1-2 hours in the mornings, and on the weekends. I'm going to have to hire someone else to come in during the day, at least to help with the kids so I can get out of the house some. Sigh...]

Good luck finding more house help. I guess good help is hard to find no matter where you go.
