Impression Obsession - new products for January!
It's time for a new monthly release from Impression Obsession! Haven't seen the new products? They're all HERE - go take a peek! This month's release is HUGE and there are so many fun themes and great "basics" for your cardmaking and crafting needs. There's actually so much to show you that we have THREE hop days this month instead of our usual two - be sure to check all the designers' posts this week for lots of inspiration!
I have a LOT of new products to show you, so the three days will let me show off some new papers, stamps, stencils, and DIES! I doubt you'll be surprised that this release is very POOH heavy... the sets this time are very interactive, and for those of you who have been waiting for Tigger to bounce his way into the public domain, the time is now, friends! The four sets above are sized to be used together, and each of those 4 sets has left and right facing characters to choose from.
In that card you might have noticed the ovals in the background - this month's release also contains some stencil sets in basic shapes. There are so many ways to use them! This stencil is from the Windows set, which has repeating shapes that are great for backgrounds. There are 3 ovals on this stencil, but it's easy to shift and repeat the pattern for extras if needed.
There is a 5th stamp set full of smaller images of the characters - it's meant to be used as a 'handstamped by' set, but there are some extra mix-and-match sentiments that make it useful for card fronts too. Take a peek at the paper I used there - that is in the new Pooh paper pack. (If you sew, you can buy fabric in a similar pattern as well!) I used the same oval stencil as a background for Tigger here too.
Here is another stamp combination used on a card back. So cute!
One more card sample, and this one uses a new Cover-A-Card stamp called Hundred Acre Wood - it can stand alone or you can mask the characters in a scene as I did here.
