Impression Obsession DT Challenge: Snowmen

The Impression Obsession team's challenge today is to create a project featuring a snowman!

If you need a snowman stamp for this month's challenge, you're in luck - all snowman stamps are on sale right now in the Featured Category sale!

This is such a sweet image - the artist (Claudia Tenorio-Pearl) is no longer contributing to our line but there are a few of her images still tucked here and there!  I followed the Side Fold Card tutorial from Splitcoaststampers this week, and watercolored the image for the square panel using Zig markers. You can see the card's fun fold below - the first little section is adhered to create a panel for ribbon or a sentiment, and the rest of the card is a square format. So cute!

It didn't photo well, but there is glittery snow in the background of the scene - I used this stencil and just scraped in gel medium where I wanted it, then liberally sprinkled glitter over it all.

Gahhh - so sweet.

Be sure to check out the other designers' blogs for inspiration, and remember you can enter these challenges too, using your Impression Obsession stamps! See the I.O. blog for all the details - you might even win a $25 gift certificate!! We'd love to have you join us. You've got all month to play along!

Thanks for stopping by!
