Splitcoast Tutorial: Front Flap Card

This week's tutorial over on Splitcoast is an easy panel card called a Front Flap Card. This is a really easy card to mass produce, so I made 4!

I cut my first sheet of cardstock into 4 panels for the bases, then cut a second sheet into 4 pieces across (each 2.75" x 8.5") for my front flap mini cards.

All the layering panels were easy to cut, sizing 1/4" inch down each time.

All the stamps I used are from my "Dude" clear set - it's a perfect meme set, since each sentiment can easily be divided into a top/bottom or inside/outside pairing. I loved being able to hide the punchline inside these little cards - these will be fun to send for a chuckle. This set is great for masculine cards as well. Or cards for introverts. Or both.

I hope you're having a great week! I'm encouraged by our state's new phase of reopening which begins May 4th... also excited that my husband is starting a new full time job today! Who would have thought "during these trying times" that that could happen? Woohoo!

If you need me today I will be working on this portrait order - you can follow my progress on Instagram!

Thanks for stopping by!
