Splitcoast Tutorial: Magic Envelope Card

This week's tutorial over on Splitcoast is a Magic Envelope Card - it's a fun way to use up double sided paper, and it's a card and envelope in one!

I went for a simple belated birthday card - these are new Summer stamps in my collection, and they're just fun! The watercoloring here took just a few seconds - a few random strokes for the background, and a little shading on the image itself. So easy! The sentiment says it all, as sentiments do...

Here's the card all folded up and ready to mail! I remember loving this type of stationery as a girl - I used to write letters for hours!

My other stationery project this week has been graduation announcements - my oldest son graduates on Friday!

Thanks for stopping by!

  2. Wow. That is another incredible piece from you Dina! Lucky him!
He's a nice looking fella. Wish him all success. I am sure he has a good head on his shoulders with you for his mom.
