Falliday Fest tutorial: Alcohol Ink Baubles

We are kicking off our 2nd annual fall crafting event called Falliday Fest over at Splitcoaststampers today! For the next two weeks we'll be crafting and stamping up a storm, all in an effort to get ahead on some holiday projects AND to shower some card-shaped loved on 4 special charities. All that and chatter and recipes and amazing prizes from our sponsors, too! Hope you'll come over and join us!

One of my jobs at Splitcoast is to coordinate guest authors for the tutorials we publish weekly. I've been working for months behind the scenes to bring you 10 amazing tutorials from members of our community - first up are these Alcohol Ink Baubles! Heather Telford shares her tips for creating alcohol ink backgrounds on Yupo paper - she uses the backgrounds to cut out ornament shapes for quick holiday cards! Such a great time saver.

Here's my sample for today's tutorial - the ornament die is from Spellbinders, the elk is from Impression Obsession (you saw his negative cut HERE on Wednesday - remember one cut can do double duty!), and the stitched curve is from Whimsy Stamps.

Come over to the Falliday Fest Challenge Forum for all the details!

Thanks for stopping by!
