Impression Obsession DT Challenge: Fall Colors
The Impression Obsession team's challenge today is to create a project using fall colors. Here's my card:
I made this card for the Summer release... the tree image (Bubble Tree) was stamped onto Canva-Paper, and I watercolored the trunk to begin. I sprinkled the upper area of the panel with Brusho Crystal Colors, and then misted with water.
TIP: when I do these tree scenes, I hold my hand over the lower area to shield it from the water. Holding my hand a few inches above the panel gives a softer 'line' to the edge of the color as well.
I used a ruler and pen to add a border to the panel, and a sentiment, then watercolored the hills and a few soft clouds to complete the scene. I'm ready for fall, are you?!
