Brusho Butterfly and updated sale page

Just sharing a card for fun today - this was made with Brusho Crystal Colors and QoR watercolors, and probably a few others things I had in reach! Hard to keep track when I really get going. I created the background first, then stamped the butterfly in... to ink the stamp I sprinkled some Brusho onto my craft sheet, misted to wet the crystals, then laid the stamp into the activated color. The results are similar to a SCS tutorial I'll link to Wednesday, so stay tuned for that!

I pulled paint from the outlines to color in the wings, and used some leftover color from my craft sheet to shade and add details. With the color that was left, I dyed seam binding to match my card.

When the butterfly was dry, I added deeper shading with QoR paints and Distress markers. Here's a link to the stamp at Impression Obsession... I used Script and Splat 1 too. You can see all the new Summer releases HERE! (None from me this time, but please support my fellow artists! The deadline fell during our trip to Indonesia and I just didn't have the soul for a release at the time.)

Watercolor Butterfly

I updated my sale page over the weekend with some supplies - I'll have more to list this week, and maybe some grab boxes with embossing folders, stamps and dies. There's a stamp set on ebay HERE, and my etsy store is updated with necklaces and bracelets HERE.

Last week it felt good to get back into a school and work routine... I can't tell you how this unsettledness has affected me!
Thanks for stopping by!
