Splitcoast Tutorial: Watercolor Bokeh
This week's tutorial over on Splitcoast is a fun way to create a bokeh effect - it's called Watercolor Bokeh!
I made my background using Hydrus watercolors, and added the circles in with a homemade stencil and Memento Luxe ink. I did something that made the circles fade a bit... I don't remember what! My focal image can be found HERE, and the sentiment is from THIS set. I stamped the image on a 1.5" Art Square from Inchie Arts and used the same watercolors to fill in the background and add some very subtle shading to the face.
Hope you'll try this one!

There is such an air of exuberance here. That watercolor background is absolutely stunning!
