Spectrum Noir update

I wanted to post an update on the Spectrum Noir review I posted last week. These pencils were marketed as oil-based pencils in early release information, and labeled as such. I reviewed them as oil-based pencils. 

Spectrum Noir is now advertising the pencils as wax-based pencils, and I had a few readers question this, so I asked. The response was, "There is some oil in the pencils but they are not completely oil based and the packaging is being changed. I am sorry for any confusion." 

That makes quite a difference to me in their value, and I have made some edits to my review.
