SCS Tutorial - Four Leaf Clover Card

This week's tutorial is a Four Leaf Clover Card - the shape is great for St. Patrick's Day, but I thought it would be fun to use for other holidays and occasions as well. I used the steps to create a springy thank you card. Wouldn't a valentine be cute too? Next year. :)

I made a video of my process too, with a few extra tips. Here's that...

Here's my card - I used my Watercolor Wildflowers set again, and a sentiment from another clear set from Impression Obsession. I added just a teeny bit of texture with the French Ledger stamp (one of the ones I never put away).

The flowers were inked with Versamagic chalk ink, then spritzed with water before stamping to the watercolor paper.

The card can sit up, and also fold flat for mailing. It's a fun one - hope you'll try it out!

Thanks for stopping by!

  2. Lovely Clover card. FYI A shamrock has 3 petals for the Trinity...I've made the same mistake and it was pointed out by my Irish (born there) cardmaking friends.
