Impression Obsession - All About the Dies Day 2

Welcome to Day 2 of our 3-day DIE showcase! You can visit the I.O. Blog each day of the hop for links to the previews. Make sure to comment on all our blogs for a chance to WIN!

We know how crazy you are about these dies - each day one winner will get three dies of their choice!!

How about a Christmas card today?! I starte by cutting out the Square Shaker Frame from chipboard (don't tell - it's a cereal box!). I painted the frame with white acrylic paint, and stamped it with the Honeycomb Cover-a-Card. The sentiment I used is HERE.

I filled the corner of my wreath with flowers made using my Fence Border die - I have shared a tutorial for making these rolled flowers HERE - this border makes 4 different kinds of flowers, and they're so quick and fun! Because the die is longer than the one I used in the tutorial, these flowers are much fuller with more, wider petals. So fun to make!

These are the dies that I used:
Fence Border
Flags (set of 3)
Twig Wreath (4 dies)
Square Shaker Frame Die

  3. Dina, how lovely those red flowers are - and made from a fence? I had to rush over to see your tutorial - GREAT idea! Thanks so much, esp since that fence is in my stash! Love the shading around the white panel, and the use of the CAC. The embossing in the green really adds to the overall beauty of your card. Thanks for sharing!
