TTC23 - Good Eats
There's a new challenge up at the Touch Twin Markers & More Challenge blog - this time we're using our markers to create projects with a food theme. As an added challenge, we'd like you to use some shadowing techniques on your project. We hope you'll join the fun!
Here's a Wagon full of autumn harvest goodies - this is another of the wagon image sets created by Gary Robertson for Impression Obsession's most recent release, filled with stamps from the Wagon Add-ons set. Gary's images make shadowing really easy, since his cross-hatch marks indicate darker areas in his scenes.
For this card, I stamped the wagon image twice, and cut out just the wagon front on the second image - once I had my wagon filled with goodies, I layered the wagon front over scene, for a dimensional effect. Here are a few close-ups for a better look:
I used 2 Cover-a-Card stamps (Graph Paper and Tiny Flowers) on white card stock to create my background panel, then sponged the panel for this variegated look.
You can visit the Touch Twin Markers & More Challenge blog for all the details if you'd like to play! Don't have a blog? That's OK. Just post to any online gallery with the keywords TTC23 and touchtwin. Have fun!
Fantastic Dina. You know...I bought the two sets after I saw the first design you did. :-)
