Impression Obsession June release, part 2

The Impression Obsession team is showcasing some newly released stamps for you today! This will be the last of the monthly releases, and after CHA next month, we'll be returning to quarterly releases as before. We hope you've enjoyed this little change while it lasted!  Today we're sharing some of Gary Robertson's new designs! I love this collection of nautical designs - this one especially appealed to me because of the open design.

This image is called Path to the Beach - the open pathway is a great place for a sentiment... I added one of my quote stamps released yesterday, called Set Sail. The image is colored using Derwent Watercolor pencils.

It's hard to see, but the background panel of the card was done with acrylic paints, using a Crafter's Workshop stencil. We'll be sharing more projects using these stencils and coordinating stamps from Julie Fei-Fan Balzer on June 14th! Be sure to come back and join us.
Be sure to check out these other designers' blogs for inspiration -

Jeanne @ Inky Paws
Jenny @ One Krafty Kat
Julie @ Out to Impress
Laura @ Laura's Stamp Art Journal
Vicki @ Summerthyme Studio

Remember you can enter these challenges too, using your Impression Obsession stamps! We know you don't have the new release stamps **yet**, but we'd love to see your projects in our "By the Sea" challenge! See the I.O. blog for all the details - you might even win a $25 gift certificate!! We'd love to have you join us.

Thanks for stopping by!
