Impression Obsession DT Challenge: True Blue
The Impression Obsession team's challenge today is to create a blue card! 
I started with the inspiration of this Memory Box paper, and used watercolor pencils to color the Dogwood 3 image. I added dimension to the image by embossing from the back.
