Impression Obsession DT Challenge: Shades of Green

I do love green...so the hardest part of this challenge, set out by the Impression Obsession team, was to decide which cards to share with you! I've settled on these two, which both use new stamps from Alesa Baker.

This tree set is a fun one to work with, and so versatile. Not a lot to explain here really - lots of stamping solid leaves, and then sponging to create the grass and sky (I use a punched scalloped circle as a mask to create my clouds).

Stamps used:

My second card uses a few different clear sets:

The bicycle is colored with Neopiko markers. I stamped the bouquet in the basket, then filled it with Ivory Flowersoft. Had to try one of these crumpled flowers too...this one is 8 layers, punched out of some 'vintage' lined paper.

Did you know that you can enter these challenges too, using your Impression Obsession stamps? See the I.O. blog for all the details - you might even win a $25 gift certificate!! Be sure to check out the rest of the team's cards for inspiration....links are over to the left!

Thanks so much for stopping by!
