Sigh.................
Sorry for my lack of posting.....and thanks to those who noticed! We have been sick with the flu at our house - the first kid got it last Wednesday...
Russ on Thursday...
and me on Friday
...
then 2 more kids on Sunday.
One kid to go, and he's proud of himself...stinker - is it horrible of me to hope he gets it, just for spite? We have all had a high fever, headache, and cough, but a few other random things as well, and the fever seems to hold on. It's affecting quite a few of our students (who started orientation yesterday) and their kids as well.
Our phone line and internet went out on Thursday, and yesterday our power went out and has never come back on again (internal problem, just affecting our house and the dorm next to us) - hopefully that won't take ages to fix. It is hot in our house with no fans.....I am mooching a friend's internet right now! So thankful for sharing friends. I'll check in when I can...
